Reading is Fun-damental

The Kiwanis Breakfast Club of Seminole has been conducting its Pre-School Reading Program since 1997. Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday, our Kiwanis Club members, along with other community volunteers, visit local pre-schools to read to the students.

Adopt-A-School Program

In 2012, the Kiwanis Breakfast Club of Seminole became an educational partner with six local elementary schools by participating in a new Adopt-A-School Program. The six schools are: Anona, Bauder, Oakhurst, Orange Grove, Seminole, and Starkey.

The Eliminate Project

In partnership with UNICEF, Kiwanis is committing to eliminating maternal/neonatal tetanus, a disease that kills one baby every nine minutes.

KBCS serves free lunches for all Special Olympians, coaches and volunteers who participate in the annual Pinellas County Regional Basketball competition held in December.
